We have collectively dedicated many years to the health and social care sector. Our journey has taken us from support workers to senior management roles. We possess extensive experience working with children from diverse backgrounds, including those with EBD (Emotional and Behavioral Disorders), CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation), LD (Learning Disabilities), and mental health challenges. We have worked in various settings, including residential homes, residential schools, one-to-one mentoring, and foster care.
Having worked in this sector for several years, we recognise the shortcomings in quality staffing. We are passionate about making a positive difference for children, the elderly, and the disabled who require help and support. For this reason, we have decided to establish our recruitment company to provide higher-quality care.
